1. Our guarantee

If PantryScore isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, with no need to justify your decision.

2. How to request a refund

As payment is handled by Paddle, acting as reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle also handles refunds. Two ways to make your request:

Directly with Paddle via their buyer support portal, providing the email used at purchase.
By email to us at rjdana.auteur@gmail.com — we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

3. Processing time

Once approved, the refund is generally processed by Paddle within 14 days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

A refund may be refused in the event of suspected fraud, clear abuse of the refund system (for example repeated requests), or use of the software plainly contrary to its intended purpose described on the sales page.

5. After a refund

A refund results in the deactivation of the associated license key. The app then becomes unusable until a new license is purchased.
